Replai is an AI-powered Reddit monitoring and lead generation platform that helps businesses identify relevant mentions, score leads, and generate response suggestions. The Service monitors publicly available Reddit content based on keywords you configure.
To use the Service, you must:
4.1 Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
4.2 Subscription Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Replai provides tools to assist with lead generation, but you are responsible for ensuring your Reddit activity is authentic, helpful, and compliant with all applicable rules.
7.1 Our Rights: The Service, including all software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Replai and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (keywords, business profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
7.3 Reddit Content: All Reddit content accessed through our Service remains the property of Reddit and its users, subject to Reddit's terms and policies.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate relevance scores and response suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated suggestions. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Each subscription plan includes specific limits on keywords, mentions, and other features. Exceeding these limits may result in restricted functionality or additional charges. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Replai is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Replai regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
